Job crafting is the proactive process of redesigning our work tasks, relationships, and perceptions to better align our work with our natural gifts, skills, and values. It acts as a bottom-up approach to improve job satisfaction, performance, and well-being, while reducing burnout.

Truth Travels
My speaking engagements explore the inner, experiential journey of accessing the whole of our humanity in threshold moments when we need it the most.
Blending philosophy, psychology and hands-on storytelling, each interactive talk is grounded in my own story as a “work psychologist gone rogue” - recounting a four-year nomadic pilgrimage to reclaim my attention and reinhabit the visceral experience of being fully human.
Along the way, unexpected qualities of presence, capacities, and practices were revealed as integral to leading ourselves and others in threshold moments when we can collapse into the known or emerge into a new beginning.
